TITLE: Independent Sales Representative
DUTIES: An independent sales representative will be responsible for acquiring new dealers, conducting in-person visits with demo units, coordinating with the service team, and managing dealer relationships.Specific duties include:
1. New Dealer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential dealers to introduce the AODES brand and establish new partnerships.
2. In-Person Visit: Travel to dealerships with a demo unit to perform product demonstrations and to better introduce the AODES brands.
3. Service Team Coordination: Communicate with the internal service and technician teams to ensure timely and effective support for dealer needs, contributing to overall satisfaction.
4. Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, providing ongoing support, updates, and consistent follow-up to strengthen partnerships.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or dealer development. Must be able to tow and operate a trailer for demo unit transport. Background or knowledge of the powersports or automation industry is a plus, but not required.
SALARY: Base salary plus commission
HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:30am – 5:30pm
